تحترم منصة Moment («المنصة»، «نحن») خصوصية مستخدميها (التجار وعملائهم)، وتلتزم بحماية البيانات الشخصية ومعالجتها بشفافية. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها، خصوصاً ما يتعلق بخدمة الرسائل عبر WhatsApp Business Platform من Meta.Moment ("the Platform", "we") respects the privacy of its users (merchants and their customers) and is committed to protecting personal data and processing it transparently. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, particularly regarding messaging via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

Moment منصة برمجية (SaaS) تُمكّن الأنشطة التجارية من خدمة عملائها على واتساب عبر موظف ذكاء اصطناعي وأدوات إدارة المحادثات والحملات، عبر القناة الرسمية من Meta. تُشغّل المنصة من قبل شركة أضواء منيرة لتصميم الأزياء والملبوسات والأحذية والمجوهرات (السجل التجاري رقم 538477)، دولة الكويت.Moment is a SaaS platform enabling businesses to serve their customers on WhatsApp through an AI employee and conversation/campaign tools, via Meta's official channel. The Platform is operated by Adhwaa Munira for Fashion, Apparel, Footwear & Jewelry Design Co. (Commercial Registration No. 538477), State of Kuwait.

2) البيانات التي نجمعها2) Data we collect

• بيانات حساب التاجر: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم النشاط ونوعه، وإعدادات الموظف الذكي.Merchant account data: name, email, business name and type, and AI employee settings.
• بيانات النشاط: معلومات المنتجات والأسعار والكتالوج التي يربطها التاجر أو يرفعها.Business data: product, price and catalog information the merchant connects or uploads.
• بيانات المحادثات: رسائل العملاء الواردة والردود الصادرة عبر واتساب، بما فيها النصوص والصور، لغرض الرد وعرضها للتاجر في صندوق الوارد.Conversation data: customers' inbound messages and outbound replies via WhatsApp, including text and images, in order to respond and display them to the merchant in the inbox.
• بيانات الاستخدام: إحصائيات الرسائل والعملاء والأداء لأغراض التشغيل والتحسين.Usage data: message, customer and performance statistics for operations and improvement.

3) كيف نستخدم البيانات3) How we use data

• تشغيل الموظف الذكي للرد على عملاء التاجر وتقديم خدمة العملاء.Operating the AI employee to reply to the merchant's customers and provide support.
• تمكين التاجر من إدارة محادثاته وحملاته وتقاريره.Enabling the merchant to manage conversations, campaigns and reports.
• تحسين جودة الخدمة والأداء الفني.Improving service quality and technical performance.
• التواصل مع التاجر بخصوص حسابه واشتراكه.Communicating with the merchant about their account and subscription.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدم محتوى محادثات العملاء لأغراض تسويقية خاصة بنا.We do not sell personal data to any third party, and we do not use customer conversation content for our own marketing.

4) واتساب وMeta4) WhatsApp & Meta

تعمل المنصة عبر WhatsApp Business Platform الرسمي من Meta. تُعالَج الرسائل وفق The Platform operates via Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are processed in accordance with the سياسة واتساب للأعمالWhatsApp Business Policy و and سياسة خصوصية MetaMeta Privacy Policy. لا تُرسل الرسائل الترويجية إلا للعملاء الذين منحوا موافقتهم (Opt-in) وعبر قوالب معتمدة من Meta.. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who have opted in, using Meta-approved templates.

5) مزوّدو الخدمة (أطراف ثالثة)5) Service providers (third parties)

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل المنصة، منهم:We rely on trusted service providers to operate the Platform, including:

• Meta Platforms — لتوصيل رسائل واتساب.Meta Platforms — to deliver WhatsApp messages.
• مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي — لمعالجة نص الرسالة وتوليد الرد (لغرض الرد فقط).AI model providers — to process message text and generate replies (for responding only).
• مزوّد الاستضافة السحابية — لتخزين البيانات وتشغيل الخوادم بأمان.Cloud hosting provider — to securely store data and run servers.

6) حفظ البيانات وحذفها6) Data retention & deletion

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة استخدام التاجر للخدمة وبالقدر اللازم. يحق للتاجر طلب حذف بياناته وبيانات محادثاته بالتواصل معنا، وتُحذف خلال مدة معقولة ما لم يُلزمنا القانون بخلاف ذلك.We retain data for as long as the merchant uses the service and to the extent necessary. The merchant may request deletion of their data and conversation data by contacting us, and it will be deleted within a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

7) أمان البيانات7) Data security

نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات، تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل والوصول المقيّد. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نقل عبر الإنترنت.We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

8) حقوقك8) Your rights

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو طلب حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data by contacting us at the email below.

9) خصوصية عملاء التجار9) Merchants' customers privacy

التاجر هو المتحكّم في بيانات عملائه، وMoment تعالجها نيابة عنه لتقديم الخدمة. على التاجر إبلاغ عملائه بكيفية استخدام بياناتهم والالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها.The merchant is the controller of their customers' data, and Moment processes it on their behalf to provide the service. Merchants must inform their customers about data use and comply with applicable regulations.

10) تعديلات السياسة10) Changes to this policy

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with the revision date.
